Bearing & Drum Speed / Oil Temp Analysis

Applies to any rotating drum, roll, or cylinder supported on a rolling-element bearing — Yankee dryers, calender rolls, conveyor drums, etc. Identify the bearing (SKF/legacy number, ABMA/ISO basic designation, or a manually entered mean diameter), enter the drum/roll OD, and this calculates FPM, RPM, and the maximum oil temperature to hold each κ (kappa) film-thickness zone across the speed range.
